The Federal Government and Austrian Chamber of Commerce have created the „Safe Guest“ Initiative to ensure guests a care-free and safe vacation in Austria. Participating companies will conform to uniform standards and will motivate all employees with guest interaction to test for Covid-19 regularly. The „Safe Guest“/“Sichere Gastfreundschaft” logo is featured by all participating companies.

The lily has always been the symbol of purity and rejuvenation. Similar to the "tocque" restaurant ratings, the lily represents the rating of an anonymous tester in the Relax Guide.
As the only house in Vienna and the surrounding area, we have received the top rating of 2 lilies with the test rating "extraordinary" these days and have also been voted the newcomer of the year among the best wellness hotels in Austria.
